Role description
WE ARE A START-UP COMPANY WHEREIN WE ARE HIRING • YOU TO BUILD A TEAM FROM SCRATCH TO UPTO 35 LOAN VERIFICATION EXECUTIVEs AND 2 TO 3 TEAM LEADERS • HANDLE CUSTOMER ESCALATIONS • MANAGE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS AND MEET REQUIRED SERVICE LEVEL AND STANDARDS • ACHIEVING & EXCEEDING BUSINESS GOALS • CREATING A STRONG & COMPLIANT VERIFICATION PROCESS CULTURE TO DRIVE EFFECTIVE FRESH AND REPEAT CUSTOMER ACQUISITIONS, PROFITABILITY, AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT. • RECRUITING AND RETAINING HIGH PERFORMERS. • PERFORM NEW HIRE TRAINING • TRACK REPORTS ON LVEs AND TLs PERFORMANCE AND DEVELOP THE TEAM TO ENSURE DELIVERY BY ENSURING CONSTANT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL ENHANCEMENT • ENSURING THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIP, MOTIVATION & ENGAGEMENT TO DRIVE RESULTS & HIGH LEVELS OF EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION BY ENSURING THAT GOALS SETTING, DEVELOPMENT PLAN DISCUSSIONS, ONGOING COACHING, AND FEEDBACK, SKIP LEVEL MEETINGS IS DONE ON TIME AND IN AN EFFECTIVE MANNER. • MAINTAIN GOOD RAPPORT WITH THE TEAM AND ENSURE PEOPLE BONDING. • ENSURE THAT EMPLOYEES ADHERE TO ROSTERED SHIFT THUS RESULTING IN LOW SHRINKAGE • EFFECTIVE LIAISON WITH VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION TO GAIN SUPPORT AND RESOLVE LVE’s AND CUSTOMER ISSUES. • ENFORCE ADHERENCE TO SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION WITHIN ORGANIZATION. • FACILITATE AND IMPLEMENT PROCESS IMPROVEMENT IDEAS TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY. • PROACTIVELY IDENTIFY PROBLEMS AND PRESENT SOLUTION
Experience
MINIMUM 8 TO 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DOMESTIC OR INTERNATIONAL CALL CENTER IN PERSONAL LOANS, CREDIT CARD, SHORT TERM LOAN, DIGITAL LOAN, HOME LOAN OR INSURANCE IN SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, COLLECTIONS TEAM FROM WHICH MINIMUM 1 TO 2 YEAR HAS BEEN AS A ASST MANAGER OR MANAGER
