Role description
Role will involve Developing new initiatives and building B2C growth strategies across channels, organic and paid with a focus on optimizing conversions. Adding value to the business by analyzing large datasets (cross channel impact/attribution) and improving campaign effectiveness. Develop and deploy campaigns including Channel planning, budget management, creative development, tracking, reporting, optimization, and innovation. End-to-end execution of growth initiatives across channels (SEO, PPC, Content, Affiliates, Email, Video & Social media, etc.) in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales teams. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Digital sales strategy development for different channels 2. Creation of separate strategies for each traffic source 3. Media plans and forecasts for future activities, including online and offline 4. Daily/weekly/monthly control of acquisition funnels and ads performance 5. Control and coordination of agencies and affiliate partners 6. Control and launching of projects with affiliate partners (including Preparing technical requirements for implementation postback or other tracking) 7. Handling of Google and Facebook - Full understanding of all settings of these marketing tools: specific targeting, preparing custom audience list, forecast, analysis. Different types of campaigns (CPC, CPL, CPM, etc) 8. Control and review of SMS and email content 9. Set up all pixels on websites for tracking performance (Google Tag Manager), website review, and optimization 10. Leading SEO projects, managing projects with related agencies. 11. Searching of new traffic sources and partners 12. Control of audience behavior on websites using Mouse Stats, Hotjar, Apps Flyer, Google Analytics, Firebase (advanced user)
Experience
At least 3 years at digital sales, managing of campaigns with volume >=10000 users Strong knowledge of FB/Google adv campaign management Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools at least 5 years Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Double click Bid Manager, Google Tag Manager experience Facebook ADS handling experience at least 3 years Mouse Stats and Hotjar knowledge Ability to manage SLA so that organization can provide superior service to the customer You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Someone with determination and a focus on delivering results Strong communication, interpersonal and detail-oriented skills Prior expertise in scaling teams is preferred Self-starter and motivated, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive key projects Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a growth stage start-up The candidate must be residing in Bangalore
